  • Biometric Recognition System Performance Testing and Certification
    • Testing Process
Test & Certified by KISA(Korea Internet & Security Agency)
      Testing and Certification Fee: Free
      Validity Period: 3 years
    • Certification Criteria
After achieving a passing score on the certification criteria for the selected
modalities, a certification is issued indicating the relevant tested items.

      * SAR(Spoofing Acceptance Rate): The rate at which fake biometric registration and authentication are judged as genuine biometric data.

    • Testing Data Composition
The database for biometric anti-spoofing performance testing and certification is structured as follows
No. Production Equipment Sample Color Moisture Content
1 Printer Papers for ink-jet printer only White 80~100%
      2 OHP(Film FLP 100) Transparent 80~100%
      3 Printer,
      Laser Printer
      Silicone A(PlatSil Gel-10) Transparent 0~20%
      4 Silicone B(Body Double) Blue 0~20%
      5 Silicone C(Eco Flex 0050) Apricot 0~20%
6 Silicone D(Dragon Skin FX Pro) Apricot 0~20%
      7 Gelatin Apricot 40~60%
      8 Conductive Rubber Black 0~10%
      9 Clay Random 65~85%
Common ※ Obtaining and creating fingerprints of the thumb, index finger and middle finger of both hands

※ For preliminary testing, the number of personnel and test samples may vary depending on the wear and tear of consumable samples.

※ For the main testing, five individuals are selected from a list of expert evaluators, considering factors such as gender, age, and fingerprint quality (minimum NIST Fingerprint Image Quality Assessment Level 2).
